Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 In this document, "Platform" refers to the bmw2u website at the domain bmw2u.onl together with all services provided through it, including casino games, slots, sports betting and roulette.

1.2 "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and interacts with our services.

1.3 "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the User into their account using supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

1.4 "Bonus" refers to free credits or added value granted by bmw2u to Users subject to specific conditions.

1.5 "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a User must wager before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 bmw2u services are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the date of registration. Use of the Platform by individuals below the specified age limit is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account at any one time. If more than one account is found to have been registered using the same or related information, bmw2u reserves the right to close all such accounts and hold any balances within them pending the completion of an investigation.

2.3 Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account closure and cancellation of any winnings.

2.4 bmw2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid MyKad or passport. Users who fail to submit the required documents within the specified period may face restrictions on deposit or withdrawal functions.

2.5 Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period may be subject to an inactive account policy. Users are advised to contact customer support if they plan to leave their account unused for an extended period.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

3.1 The minimum deposit for all supported payment methods is RM10. Accepted methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

3.2 The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are processed in under 1 hour once the request is approved and all conditions are met.

3.3 Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided for withdrawal are accurate and belong to them. bmw2u is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information.

3.4 bmw2u reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the user will be contacted for further verification.

3.5 All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for local transactions. For deposits or withdrawals made using cryptocurrency, the current exchange rate at the time of processing will be applied.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 The bmw2u welcome bonus gives a 120% match on a user's first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 As a calculation example: if a user deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220. The wagering requirement that must be completed is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Another example: if a user deposits RM600 or more, the maximum bonus is RM300, bringing the balance to RM900. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

4.4 bmw2u reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion or bonus offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the Platform's official channels.

4.5 Users suspected of abusing the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or wagering fraud, risk losing the related bonuses and winnings, as well as account closure.

Game Rules

5.1 All games offered on the bmw2u Platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and sports betting — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which can be found within each game's interface.

5.2 Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live dealers in a live casino environment. bmw2u does not interfere with game results.

Dispute Resolution

9.1 Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the Platform, users are encouraged to contact the bmw2u customer support team first via live chat or email, available 24/7. We will work to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

9.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through support channels, the dispute may be referred to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with our international licence.

9.3 All bmw2u decisions relating to bonuses, promotions, and game disputes are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical or administrative error.

Amendments and Enforcement

10.1 bmw2u reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect user rights.
